We have one of these weird 4-min. workout places in town. i couldn't believe it when i drove by, and then Johnny pointed out that you get 3 sessions free. That's 12 minutes! What a deal!
Tony Robbins thinks this is great (which alone might be enough to keep you away), but the machine is also a little scary.

OMFG, that machine looks evil and I honestly wish I never clicked that link directing me to it. I'm scared. For real.
a 4 minute workout, you would get that just walking in from the parking lot after driving 25 minutes to get there.
