what do you do

Okay, so say someone asks you to be their friend on myspace. You don't know the person, but they are clearly queer, is friends with one queer person you recognize from around, and is friends with some random person you work with.

Do you friend them?

I've previously only friended people that i actually know in real life, but i know there are lots of people who take a different approach. what's your approach to this kind of thing?

i wondered about this too. like you, i only friended people i know, so i even rejected the guy who started it, tom. then this random drag king guy asked to be my friend and i said yes and now he posts like twelve bulletins a day about him and his shows which can be a bit annoying. but other than that, its not such a big deal.

I have, in the past, just ignored friend requests by folks who I don't quite know. Not the most adult thing, probably, but can theoretically be chalked up to 'forgetfullness'since once you look at the request, you could have just gotten distracted, forgot to accept before closing out of myspace, and then just forgot it ever happened 'cause you do not see the request when you log in.

Let me guess, dj love friended Vamping You Productions?

I let most folks be my friend, it's the name of the myspace game, right?

If only folks would limit the dumb survey bulletins. UGH
